Heaven in the words of C.S. Lewis

In the last words of Tim Keller’s The Reason for God is a depiction of heaven by C.S. Lewis, painting an illustration of the Christian soul’s eternal life in God’s kingdom.

Lewis says the day we return to be with Jesus begins Chapter One of the Great Story, which no one on earth has read; which goes on forever; in which every chapter is better than the one before.”

What a glorious and perfect day that will be, when Revelation 21:4 says, “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
