Marketing is an ongoing conversation with engaged consumers. Writers must sustain that conversation. Keep people entertained and informed while being authoritative, charming, and funny.

A DEALER OF EMOTIONS
Build an emotional connection; make people feel something.

AN ANALOG HUMAN BEING
Create real content that’s relevant to people’s lives. The greatest ideas come from a combination of sources.

A UTILITARIAN
Make people’s lives easier and better. Remember, some people think in stories and some people think in systems.

AN EXPLAINER, A CLARIFIER
Make the complicated simple.
